白糖
做法步骤
将鸡蛋用清水洗干净,冷水下锅水开小火煮10分钟,过一道凉水,用勺子把鸡蛋敲碎
准备三勺老抽、三勺生抽,将香料和酱油倒入锅中,加适量清水没过鸡蛋,加适量盐和白糖调味
电饭锅煮饭模式即可,煮好了浸泡半小时就可以吃啦!
